For Frameline49, please note some key adjustments for Gold/Platinum Card holders. Your Gold/Platinum Card benefit provides all-access to Frameline’s in-person and streaming films from anywhere in the US. 

We are reviving our 2024 practice of a registration for Gold/Platinum Card holders for screenings at Frameline49’s Neighborhood venues. Access the online registration to secure your complimentary tickets, as entitled by your Gold/Platinum Card benefits, at all Frameline49 screenings at these specific venues:

·       The Roxie

·       The Vogue

·       KQED

·       The New Parkway

·       Oasis (Strange Journey)

Please see further below for registration instructions. As a Card holder, you may register starting May 14. You will receive an email announcement when your registration opens.

Screenings at our two Prestige Venues – The Herbst and The A.C.T.’s Toni Rembe Theatre – will not require registration to secure your complimentary ticket(s); you may simply show up to all Frameline49 screenings at those two venues with your Gold/Platinum Card QR code. Your card will be sent electronically in the days leading up to Opening Night. This email will come from boxoffice@frameline.org and will contain a link to a digital QR Code. For The Herbst and The A.C.T.’s Toni Rembe Theatre screenings, please have your QR code ready for volunteers to scan when you arrive at the theater venues. For our Neighborhood venues, please have your complimentary tickets ready for scanning. 

To Register For Your Complimentary Tickets Online for Frameline49’s Neighborhood Venues:

All current Frameline Members have an account at frameline.org, and you may access yours using your Membership ID#, which can be found on your Membership order confirmation from boxoffice@frameline.org. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. You may access your account when you are ready to select or purchase your tickets. You will receive an email announcement when your registration opens.

• Log in to your Frameline online account on frameline.org by selecting the person icon at the top right of the home page. Enter your email or Membership ID# and password. If you can’t remember your password, click Forgotten your Password? to reset it. 
• Navigate to https://www.frameline.org/festival/browse.
• Browse by VENUE for films at our five Neighborhood venues – Roxie, Vogue, New Parkway, KQED, and Oasis (Strange Journey).
• Select the Book Tickets button found in the lower half of each film page.
• Select the Ticket Type called Gold/Platinum Access.
• You can select one ticket per Gold/Platinum Card. If you want to purchase additional tickets, you can do so at the Member discounted price.

• You may continue shopping or select Checkout if you’ve completed selecting your films. Note that tickets sit in your cart for up to 15 minutes before being released.
• Please review your order closely before you Finalize. Note: There is no per-ticket service charge for $0 (all-voucher) orders. Once your order has been finalized, there are no refunds or exchanges.
• After finalizing the order, you will receive on-screen and email confirmations of your order. If you do not see the confirmation email instantly after finalization, try looking in the junk or spam folder of your inbox for it. The sender will be boxoffice@frameline.org.  
• You will NOT need to do this for any films at the The Herbst and The A.C.T.’s Toni Rembe Theatre.  Your Gold/Platinum Card allows you into all screenings at those two venues without registration. 
• Any transactions placed without accessing your Member benefits will not be refunded or exchanged.

Missed out on the registration or changed your mind and want to see a film? You can show up to a Neighborhood venue and stand in our Rush line for passholders. If we have room and you arrived early enough, we can scan your QR code to allow you entrance. If you do not have access to a smartphone, you can bring a printout of your QR code or ticket to the theater. 

Additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted Member price. If you cannot locate your Gold/Platinum QR Code by June 17, please check your email’s spam/junk for any emails from boxoffice@frameline.org before contacting the Box Office. 

Lines at Venues:

Gold Card Holders with Registrations at Roxie, Vogue, New Parkway, KQED, and Oasis (Strange Journey): Please join the “Gold Card & Members” line with the e-ticket for your registered screening.

Platinum Card Holders with Registrations at Roxie, Vogue, New Parkway, KQED, and Oasis (Strange Journey): if they have room in the lobby, you will not need to wait in line. Please find a ticket scanning associate to let them know you have a Platinum Card AND a ticket for this film.

Gold and Platinum Card Holders who did not register for screenings at the Roxie, Vogue, New Parkway, KQED, and Oasis (Strange Journey) but would still like to attend the screening, please proceed to the “Rush” line. 

At the Prestige Venues, Gold Card holders: proceed to the “Gold Card” line

At the Prestige Venues, Platinum Card holders: you will not need to wait in line, and prior to the Festival, our Seat Captain will coordinate your reserved seating at these two venues.

The Streaming Encore portion of this year’s Festival will once again be viewable on watch.frameline.org thanks to CineSend, our Festival screening platform.

New to CineSend

If this is your first time accessing our streaming platform or you gave us a new email recently, you should receive from hello@cinesend.com with login information.

• Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. 
• The subject line will say something like “Frameline — On Demand Invite,” while the body of the email will include language like “Frameline invited you to join their On Demand portal.” 
• The email will also feature a “Join” button, which you click to set up your account.

Returning CineSend Users

Please use the same log-in information to gain access to this year’s streaming catalogue.

• Sign in with your existing email and password under “Pass Holder Login.”
• Do NOT sign-in under “Ticket Holders.”
• If you can’t remember your log-in for streaming, you can reset your password at watch.frameline.org by clicking “Forgot?” under “Pass Holder Login.”

Streaming access will begin on Monday, June 23 at 12:01am PST and close on Monday, June 30 at 11:59pm PST.
