Frameline Talk: My Disability Isn’t Your Oscar

33 mins

Disability representation in media and film is changing and frankly, it’s about time! Representing disability onscreen is no longer a vehicle for scene-chewing acting and poignant messages. The future of disability onscreen is the representation of the whole person and authentic experience including sexual identity. This discussion centers disability representation in queer media featuring creatives and producers on the forefront of prioritizing authenticity of experience.

The Frameline Talks series is supported by Variety.
