Faggots Are for Burning is an intense, impressionistic, and compelling melange of sound and image. It is a story strongly controversial to the church, yet personal. The film deals with a young gay man's inner conflict with his sexuality and subsequent journey through the world of Christian Fundamentalism in search of answers.
