Welcome to Frameline49, taking place June 18-28, 2025 with an extended national Streaming Encore June 23-June 30, 2025! You receive a specific number of complimentary tickets based on your Membership level: Friend Discount/Friend (2), Dual Friend (4), Supporter (6), Patron (20). 

You may redeem your complimentary ticket vouchers online now.

Vouchers may be used for any available in-person and virtual film programs, excluding Opening Night, First Friday/Centerpiece, Pride Kickoff, and Closing Night films and any films that say “At Rush”. 

Note: Streaming titles will be revealed closer to the Festival opening (June 18).

Tickets for Opening Night, First Friday/Centerpiece, Pride Kickoff, and Closing Night films may be purchased separately at the Members discounted price. Vouchers may be redeemed at any time before and during the Festival. Please note, vouchers are valid for the Festival year purchased only, and unused vouchers do not accrue into the following year. 

We encourage you to redeem your vouchers and purchase tickets as soon as possible since most films have limited in-person and online capacity.

Like in 2023 and 2024, a valid film ticket will serve as your proof of Membership to enable your access to the Membership line for priority entrance.

To Redeem Your Ticket Vouchers Online:

All current Frameline Members have an account at frameline.org, and you may access yours signing in on the Frameline homepage either signing in with email or your Member ID. If you do not remember your password, make sure to click Forgot Password. You may access your account when you are ready to select or purchase your tickets. 

Note that we’ve added some accessibility questions on the ticket checkout if you need them.

• Go to https://www.frameline.org/festival/browse.
• Browse the film schedule and select the films you would like to see. 
• Select the Book Tickets button found in the bottom half of each film page.
• Once you have logged in, you can select a ticket quantity from either Voucher – Member $0, Member discount, or General Admission. You need to be logged in to your Frameline account to see Voucher $0 and Member discounted prices.

• After selecting tickets, click Add to Cart.
• You may continue shopping or select Checkout if you’ve completed selecting your films.
• Tickets sit in your cart for 15 minutes before being released back if you do not Checkout.
• We’ve added some accessibility questions on the ticket checkout if you need them, then click Proceed.
• If you don’t need any accessibility options, you may skip this and click Proceed.
• You MUST check off the terms and conditions slider-box and click Finalize to complete the entire checkout process for your complimentary vouchers to be redeemed! Please review your order closely.
• We do ask for a “billing address” but there is no per-ticket service charge for $0 (all-voucher) orders. Once your order has been finalized, there are no refunds or exchanges.

• After finalizing the order, you will receive on-screen and email confirmations of your order. If you purchased streaming tickets, within the confirmation email will be the link to watch the film online and the dates it is available to watch. If you do not see the confirmation email instantly after finalization, look in the junk/spam folder of your inbox for it. The sender will be boxoffice@frameline.org.  
• Any transactions placed without accessing your Member benefits will not be refunded or exchanged.

Whether you are picking up a complimentary Festival shirt – Supporter (1) one shirt and Patron (2) shirts – or interested in buying one at the Member price, you can do so at any in-person Box Office location.
