In the mythical seaside town of Leisure, Elvira (Claire Wilbur) and Jack (Gerald Grant) are a happily married couple whose favorite pastime is playing games of sexual seduction with unsuspecting other couples. When Elvira makes a bet that she can successfully bed her new friend Betsy (Lynn Lowry) before midnight or else Jack can take a crack at her husband Eddie (Calvin Culver, better known as gay porn icon Casey Donovan), they pull out all the stops to make sure they each get exactly what they want. 

Adapted from the Off-Broadway play by future filmmaker Jerry Douglas (Both Ways), Radley Metzger’s Score is a tour de force of sophisticated comedy, filled with ingenious visual compositions and scorching sexual tension. One of the few sex films of the era to openly — and hilariously — explore both male and female bisexuality, Score is an essential piece of queer cinema history and easily one of the greatest sex comedies ever made.
