Our 300+ volunteers are vital team members that assist us in producing one of the premiere LGBTQ+ Film Festivals every June. We look forward to offering you a meaningful and enjoyable volunteer experience. Every year, our amazing volunteers from around the Bay Area log nearly 5,000 hours to welcome over 60,000 attendees and make the San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival a success. 

Frameline volunteers perform a variety of roles across the Festival, including box office, event staff, ushers, drivers for Festival guests, and more. We ask all volunteers to attend an orientation session and commit to a minimum of three shifts during the course of the Festival (approximately 12 hours).

• Volunteer Appreciation Party  
• Festival T-shirt
• Meet film industry professionals and fellow film enthusiasts
• Work off parking or traffic citations incurred from various cities throughout the Bay Area
