What are the mask guidelines?
Anyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask when outside of their vehicle.

If I’m vaccinated, do I still have to wear a mask?
Yes. For more safety information please see our COVID Policy.

What time do doors open?
Doors open 60 minutes before showtime.

Can I leave my vehicle?
Yes, but only to visit the restroom. You must practice social distancing at all times.

What's the restroom situation?
All restrooms are gender neutral.

How are vehicles placed?
It is first-come, first-serve. We will try our best to place large cars in the back and small cars in the front upon entry.

Can I attend this screening without a car?
No, you must have a car in order to attend a screening. Due to COVID-19 we are restricted to in-car viewing only.

Will the concessions stand be open?
There are no concessions stand at this venue.

Can I bring in outside food?
Yes.

Can I purchase a ticket at the drive-in?
No, all tickets will be sold online.

What happens if I arrive late?
Please plan to arrive early. Anyone arriving after 20 minutes into the film will not be allowed entry.

How do we hear the film?
Audio will be broadcast through FM stereo sound that is tuned directly through your car's FM stereo.

What happens if my vehicle’s battery dies?
The venue provides jumper cables and staff to assist you.

Will you send day-of-show updates?
Yes, we will email all attendees specific venue information on the day of show.

DRIVE-IN TICKETS + PASSES

How are tickets scanned?
We recommend you have your QR code ready before entering. You can choose to roll down your window or simply show the attendant through the glass window. If you are using a cell phone, please make sure the brightness is all the way up.

My pass gives me access to the Drive-in. How do I reserve my ticket?
If your pass gives you access to drive-in screenings, we will email you instructions on how to reserve your ticket. You must have a ticket to enter the drive-in.

I can’t find my confirmation email.
Check your junk/spam folder for an email from boxoffice@frameline.org.

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY

Can I request ADA spots?
If you require ADA parking accommodations, please let a parking attendant know upon arrival. If you have a request for accommodations in advance of the show or questions, please contact rflores@frameline.org.

Are there ADA restroom stalls?
All venues have accessible stalls.

Are the venues wheelchair accessible?
Fort Mason is completely flat and accessible.

Are service dogs welcome?
Yes, on leash and under the owner's control.
