What are the mask guidelines?
Anyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask except when drinking or eating. These precautions apply to all patrons and staff — including those who have received vaccinations.

Does the venue offer seat reserves?
The Castro does not offer reserve seating. Seats will be assigned and spaced out upon entrance.

Will tickets be sold onsite?
No, patrons are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance.

What is the restroom situation?
Restrooms are gender neutral and there are ADA stalls.

Will the concessions stand be open?
No.

What procedures and protocols are being implemented to maintain a clean and healthy environment?
Castro staff members will be sanitizing high-contact surfaces frequently. This includes all door handles, countertops, bathroom stalls, faucets, etc. Seating will also be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each screening. The lobby, box office and restrooms will be cleaned after each screening has started — and concessions will be cleaned at frequent and regular intervals.

What is the air ventilation situation?
The Castro does NOT have a HVAC system installed and will be running their AC throughout the screenings.

My pass gives me access to the in-person screenings. How do I reserve my ticket?
If your pass gives you access to in-person screenings, we will email you instructions on how to reserve your ticket. You must have a ticket to enter the venue.
