The San Francisco 49ers could become the first NFL team to create an It Gets Better video! We witnessed a surge of support this year from MLB teams, and the NFL has yet to follow suit. Sean Chapin of San Francisco led the movement to encourage the San Francisco Giants to create an It Gets Better video, and now he's determined to convince the 49ers of the same.
