Did you know that Frameline's archives are stored at the James C. Hormel Gay and Lesbian Center at the San Francisco Public Library?  Yup, that's true! Many of the films we've shown over the years -- including work by Marlon Riggs, Amos Gutman, Isaac Julien, Barbara Hammer, David Weissman, and others -- are held by the library and can be viewed in-house. Take a look at the SFPL's Check out What's on the 6th floor? blog (an excellent title, if we do say so ourselves) to search what's available, and to view some great photographs of the the Castro, Roxie, and Victoria theaters.
